Wow, can't believe it's been over a month since I've posted. I guess we really don't live very exciting lives. Day to day weekdays, I work and Mitch tries to find employment. Tuesday mornings we go to a Torah (bible) study group and then do some grocery shopping. Saturdays we turn the world off and go to synagogue and Sundays are for doing household chores, including laundry and cleaning.
We did, however, treat ourselves to go to a movie theater last Sunday, to see West Side Story. Amazing how empty the entire 12-plex theater was!
Today and yesterday were a bit rough, though, as I had a colonoscopy. Yesterday was a liquid diet and the prep formula. In the bathroom all day and night and didn't sleep a wink. Today, after the procedure (which, thank G-d was fine), I napped a bit but am still in a bit of a fog.
Ending on a real positive note... back in October a cruise was planned with my sister, her daughter and mine (mother/daughter thing, leaving the hubbies at home). That day is now 5 days away!!! I am very excited and can't wait. Hopefully I'll post something when I return from the Caribbean (although I really don't plan to take many photos. Mitch and I are planning the same cruise in early February, so I'll let him take all the pictures then).
